In the Published? column in the tables below, (S) stands for self-published, (I) for indie, (T) for traditional, and (H) for hybrid, i.e., some combination of the other three. Indie is often used as a synonym for self-published but also often includes being published by a small press (particularly not one of the Big Six Five publishers), so the latter meaning is used here. The rest of the tables should be self-explanatory.
Supporting Members
